The tyrant rule of YCP is far gone but the repercussions of the same are still very much persistent in the social fabric. Proving this point right, a Vijaywada TDP leader committed suicide after being put through hell by certain men from the YCP ecosystem.
Going into the story, Karampudi Ravindra is a native of Vijayawada and he is reportedly active in TDP. However, his life went to hell when he was targeted by a group of YCP leaders over unpaid dues.
Reportedly, Ravindra had Rs 20 lakh loan for a few years. During the YCP tenure, he was apparently tortured by a few men associated with the ruling party, including a man designated as the Program Committee Convener at the CMO back then.
In view of the Rs 20 lakh loan that Ravindra had, these YCP leaders allegedly took control of the Rs 2 crore property that belongs to the former. They promised to return the balance money after adjusting the Rs 20 lakh loan. However, despite taking over the 2 crore rupee property, they didn’t return any money to the TDP leader.
Vexed by this situation after losing hard earned property, Ravindra recorded a video prior to his suicide, in which he claimed YCP leaders are behind the heinous decision. Shortly after, ended his life by drinking pesticides. He was apparently distraught about no justice being served to him even after arrival of NDA government in AP.
The family is now on the roads, saying they aren’t receiving any justice from the torture from YCP leaders, despite the onset of the NDA government. They are seeking the government‘s support to come out of this challenging situation.
