The cheif minister and deputy CM of AP – Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan appear to be at the peak of their prowess and camaraderie now. The kind of mutual respect that they are sharing for each other is enforcing a tighter bonding amongst the TDP-JSP cadres.
In this connection, a very interesting incident happened in the AP assembly today while Deputy CM Pawan was delivering his speech.
Pawan commented that Chandrababu must be the CM of the state not just for the next five years but for the next 10 years. It wasn’t like a vague statement either as Pawan backed it up with a meaningful explanation.
Andhra Pradesh witnessed its worst floods in its history and it was Chandrababu’s efficient leadership and expertise that got us through it. It is Chandrababu’s fiscal management and economically feasible decisions that are bringing AP to the right track after 5 years of YCP misrule, Pawan Kalyan said as he backed the notion of having Babu as the CM for 10 years.
While it is already overwhelmingly evident that Pawan and Babu, along with BJP have already sorted out that the only way to keep Jagan at bay is for them to travel together, the kind of understanding about the CM candidate could come a long way in the sustained growth of the alliance. It is evident that Pawan is placing the state’s interests about individual interests on the CM chair.
