Naidu’s New Amaravati Residence In 5-Acres

Published by

The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, is set to have a new permanent address in the state, as he has taken one big step closer to moving from his temporary residence to a new permanent residence in Amaravati.

Naidu is currently staying at the Lingamaneni guest house, located in Karakatta, Undavalli, but this is set to change soon as he will be moving to the Velagapudi area in the Amaravati Capital region.

In line with this, Naidu has acquired nearly 5 acres of land in the Velagapudi Revenue Division. The land was strategically chosen due to its proximity to the Seed Access Road in Amaravati, as well as being within a two-kilometer radius of key establishments, including the temporary High Court, judges’ residences, VIT University, and other important locations.

This plot originally belonged to three farmers from the same family and falls under the returnable land category. Naidu has reportedly paid them the full price for the land and acquired it from them.

The 5-acre plot will house the CM’s official residence, as well as facilities for security personnel, vehicle parking, and other amenities. Currently, land sampling tests are being conducted, and construction is expected to begin soon. Once completed, the Velagapudi residence will serve as the new permanent residence of CM Chandrababu Naidu.
