The political equilibrium in Andhra Pradesh is set to take a decisive turn with the upcoming cabinet expansion as it has been officially confirmed that Pawan Kalyan’s brother Naga Babu is being included in the state cabinet.
This might seem like a very generic move where Pawan Kalyan is rewarding his loyal brother for his contributions, there might be a bigger story involved.
Pawan Kalyan, who was an integral part of the government, leading multiple ministries, and also serving as the deputy CM, is likely to turn busy with his film shooting for the time being.
Pawan Kalyan will first have to complete filming for Hari Hara Veera Mallu and OG, which are in the final leg of shoot. Once that is done, he will have to complete another ongoing project, Ustaad Bhagat Singh.
After assessing this scenario, seasoned political analysts have noted that the picture is clear as it is indicating that Pawan Kalyan might be occupied with his shooting for the time being. Considering that these projects have been in the production phase for a long time, now the financial burden on the producers is substantial. So the responsibility is on Pawan Kalyan to complete these commitments at the earliest.
Essentially speaking, Pawan Kalyan might keep himself occupied with this film commitments in the near future. This will mean that a solid and reliable leader must look after Janasena activities and general administration in Pawan’s absence.
This is where Naga Babu’s contributions will come in very handy. In Pawan’s absence, his brother Naga Babu is likely to take charge and run the operations at his own capacity. In order to validate this momentary power transition, Nagababu must hold a position of power and this could be the reason why he is being included in the cabinet.
