KTR Approaches High Court In Formula E Case

The Formula E case that has been filed by the ACB against KTR is picking up pace. Amidst reports that the Enforcement Directorate(ED) could get involved with the case and file a concerned report, KTR has now approached the Telangana high court.

As per the latest Media reports, KTR has moved the Telangana High Court on this matter as he filed a quash petition against the FIR that has been lodged against him.

KTR approached the High Court notice to quash the case against him, but also instruct the investigative agencies do not take coercive action against him till further notice from the court.

Last night, KTR addressed the media and said “Revanth Reddy, naa ventruka kuda peekalev” as he claimed he did nothing wrong and is ready to face the legal action. Today, he approached the High Court with the quash petition.

The court approved the lunch motion and this case will now come to a hearing this afternoon.
