Typically, every government carries out its duties and serves the public according to certain plans and procedures.
However, it is rare for governments to set specific goals like “this task must be completed today” or “focus on this particular issue this week.” But in Andhra Pradesh, a different approach is visible. The NDA government, under the leadership of CM Chandrababu Naidu, is assigning specific tasks for each week.
Not only does he decide on the activities for each day and week, but the government also ensures that these tasks are strictly followed. Ministers are also being guided to dedicate specific time slots to these tasks.
One such example is the Chief Minister’s decision to visit the Polavaram project every Monday, along with the concerned ministers, to review the progress. This practice will begin next month.
Every Tuesday, CM Chandrababu Naidu will participate in grievance meetings, either at the party office or the CM’s office, to listen to public complaints. On Wednesdays, he will hold review meetings with officials.
Additionally, on the third Saturday of every month, he will launch the Swachh Andhra Pradesh initiative across the state. The cabinet meetings will be held on the first and third Thursdays of each month.
It is remarkable that CM Chandrababu Naidu has structured his weekly schedule with clear time allocations for each task. This time-table approach is expected to ensure smooth governance. In the past, Chandrababu Naidu has also followed a similar time-table structure to manage the administration efficiently.
