The Sandhya theatre stampede incident is taking many turns. After Allu Arjun’s press meet yesterday, the police officials today refuted his claims and released evidence that Allu Arjun left theatre very late. In the meantime, some individuals pelted stones on Allu Arjun’s residence. Telangana CM Revanth Reddy condemned this attack.
“I condemn the attack on the homes of film celebrities. I am directing the State DGP and City Police Commissioner to take strict action regarding law and order. No laxity will be tolerated in this regard. Senior officials should take precautions to prevent police personnel who are not involved in the Sandhya Theater incident from responding,” Revanth tweeted.
A police officer named Vishnumurthy held a press meet today where he made harsh comments against Allu Arjun. In reality, he does not have any connection with the case. Even before Revanth tweeted, Vishnumurthy has been placed under suspension.
On the other hand, Allu Aravind filed a police complaint regarding the stone pelting. Speaking to the media, he said, “We filed the police complaint and they arrested those who pelted the stones. This is the time for us to exercise restraint. The law will take its own course.”
