YS Sharmila has quickly become one of the principal detractors of YS Jagan, as she has been repeatedly questioning him about his reluctance to attend the Andhra Pradesh Assembly. She is raising valid points against Jagan and exposing the hypocrisy associated with his actions.
In this context, she mocked Jagan again after he attended the Assembly for barely 10 minutes, seemingly just to clock his attendance. She questioned his intention behind this.
“YSRCP president Jagan Garu has not changed his approach one bit. Did he come to the Assembly just to spend 11 minutes with 11 MLAs? Is the opposition status more important to you than the issues of the people? Did you attend only out of fear that your membership would be canceled?”
Sharmila stated that Jagan proved in the Assembly that positions matter more to him than the welfare of the people. “If YSRCP members truly don’t care about positions and are genuinely concerned about public issues, we urge you to attend the Assembly from Tuesday onwards. If you don’t have the courage to attend the sessions, we once again demand that you resign from your positions immediately.”
The fact that Sharmila questioned the real intention of Jagan, bringing his 11 MLAs to the Assembly for 11 minutes, is becoming a talking point. This again reinforces the notion that Jagan attended the session solely to clock his attendance and avoid disqualification.
