An important leg of the upcoming MLA quota MLC elections in Andhra Pradesh, started today with the filing of the nominations. Considering the strength of the NDA alliance in Andhra Pradesh assembly, they are projected to win every single MLC position in the MLA quota.
Incidentally, something interesting in this regard happened today as Konidela Naga Babu, the elder brother of Pawan Kalyan filed his nomination for the MLC position today.
Naga Babu submitted his nomination to the returning officer after having filled them out earlier upon the instructions of the JSP president Pawan Kalyan.
The good thing about this nomination process was that it was not projected as a Janasena sponsored event, but instead of the entire alliance came together to signify this nomination.
In fact, the IT minister of Andhra Pradesh and the next generation spearhead of Telugu Desam Nara Lokesh accompanied Naga Babu on this nomination process.
In fact, Lokesh even signed the document, which strengthens the nomination filed by Naga Babu. This is a strong show of strength and support in the NDA alliance ecosystem. Considering the top value that Lokesh has for Pawan for standing by him during Chandrababu’s arrest, he readily accompanied Naga Babu in the MLC nomination process today which was instructed by Pawan himself.
The fact that it wasn’t Kalyan who accompanied Naga Babu on this important day but instead it was Lokesh himself, shows the synergy generated internally between the two parties, remarked an observer.
