The otherr day Janasena Jayakethanam meeting has sparked a huge discussion on social media. During his speech, Pawan Kalyan addressed several issues, and some of his comments became controversial. His remarks on the ongoing protests in Tamil Nadu against Hindi, in particular, have become a hot topic of discussion. In addition, other comments have also led to extensive debates.
However, putting these issues aside, there was one comment during the meeting that angered the supporters of the TDP, which is an ally of Janasena. Interestingly, the controversial comment didn’t come from Pawan Kalyan but from his brother Naga Babu, who was recently elected as an MLC. Naga Babu’s remark that only Janasena supporters and the people of Pithapuram were responsible for Pawan Kalyan’s victory, and that no one else could take credit, led to a major controversy. (ఇంకెవరైనా మేమే గెలిపించాం అని అనుకుంటే అది వాళ్ళ ఖర్మ!)
TDP supporters are furious over such comments, especially during a time when the alliance government was functioning smoothly. They question whether such remarks are necessary to stir up trouble between TDP and Janasena. When Pawan Kalyan decided to contest from Pithapuram, Varma, who had been working there for years, had to give up his seat. Before the elections, Pawan even campaigned alongside him and made remarks suggesting that Varma played a key role in Pawan’s victory. While it can’t be said that Varma alone made Pawan win, there’s no doubt that his contribution was crucial.
However, despite Varma sacrificing his seat for Pawan, Chandrababu Naidu failed to keep his promise of giving him an MLC position in the first list. Nevertheless, Varma didn’t voice any protests and reassured his followers, saying that any issues faced by Naidu were his own. Varma’s supporters and TDP backers are now furious over the failure to fulfill the promise of a position. Meanwhile, they were also upset about Naga Babu and Somu Veerraju being given MLC posts.
In this context, Naga Babu’s comments have only intensified the frustration and anger of TDP supporters. They are now questioning whether Pawan Kalyan and his supporters worked hard for his victory in Pithapuram, and why Naga Babu would make such provocative statements without acknowledging the efforts of others. Since last night, TDP cadres have shown strong opposition to Naga Babu’s comments. They warn that if individuals like Naga Babu don’t control their remarks, tensions between TDP and Janasena will escalate further.
