The chief minister chair comes with its own set of responsibilities and operational demands that require the concerned person to be working overtime. With so much happening around them, it is nearly impossible to keep track of all matters, and meet everyone who comes to their disposal.
On this note, something detrimental happened with Telangana CM Revanth Reddy and this also involves earnest Telangana MLA Gummadi Narsaiah.
Reportedly, a few weeks ago, Narsaiah had arrived at the CM’s residence and waited all day long but wasn’t granted the appointment. The visual of Narsaiah outside the CM’s residence later got leaked on social media and it went viral immediately. A political commentary discoursed on this matter as Revanth’s opponents said the CM hadn’t made time for an honest MLA intentionally.
However, this issue drew to a happy closure today with the CM having met with Narsaiah. And also, Revanth Reddy made an interesting remark in this regard.
Revanth revealed that he was intimated about Narsaiah’s presence by his team later in the day. “After I got to know about this incident, I felt bad and asked my office to contact him. But they got to know that Narsaiah had already left to Khammam. So, we orchestrated this meeting now, based on his availability.” Revanth said.
It is further added that Revanth Reddy made it clear that he would be available for all MLAs and public representatives four days a week at the secretariat starting from 4 PM to 6 PM. He appears to have taken the Narsaiah issue very seriously and made a strong reform on the same henceforth.
