Posani Out From Jail, Conditions Apply

Posani faced 16 cases across various parts of Andhra Pradesh for allegedly using abusive language against CM Chandrababu Naidu, Minister Nara Lokesh, and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, and their family members. The police in Annamayya district were the first to take action. A case was filed based on a complaint that Posani insulted Pawan Kalyan and hurt the sentiments of his supporters. As a result, Posani was arrested on February 26 by Annamayya district police in Hyderabad.

Posani, who had spent some time in Rajampet jail, was later transferred between various districts, including Narasaraopet, Kurnool, and Guntur, as he was moved to different jails by the CID police. While some cases were granted bail, others had him exempted from arrest, but unexpectedly, the CID officials arrested him again before his release. On Friday, he was granted bail in this case as well. Subsequently, Posani submitted the necessary sureties as per the bail conditions and was released from jail on Saturday evening.

Conditions Imposed by the Court for Posani’s Bail:

The Guntur court granted bail to Posani Krishna Murali with the following conditions:

— Two individuals must provide sureties worth ₹2 lakhs each.
— Posani cannot leave the country after his release from jail.
— He is not allowed to speak publicly about the case or discuss it with the media.
— He is prohibited from issuing any statements to the press.
— He must report to the CID office in Mangalagiri every Tuesday and Thursday between 10 AM and 12 PM for the next four weeks to sign in.
— Posani must fully cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

With these conditions, all obstacles were removed, allowing Posani to be released from jail.
