The verbal exchange between Vijay Sai Reddy and his former YSR Congress leaders is intensifying by the day. On one hand, Jagan says Sai Reddy does not have credibility as he bowed to political pressures, and in response, Sai Reddy says it is Jagan’s coterie that drove him out and asks him to change this coterie first.
The likes of Kethireddy Venkat Reddy and Ambati Rambabu have already reacted on this matter and they’ve expectedly faulted Sai Reddy for leaving Jagan during tough time and pushing the blame on coterie.
Now, it is the turn of another senior Botsa Satyanarayana to enter the scene. He had an interesting reaction when asked to react to Vijaya Sai’s remark against Jagan’s coterie.
“It is very funny that Sai Reddy is speaking about the coterie. As long as he was with Jagan, he was the one who was seen as the coterie. He was the one who was by Jagan’s side and we all saw him as coterie leader. But he himself is saying he left due to Jagan’s coterie now. This is unacceptable and incomprehensible. I don’t wish to comment further about it.” Botsa stated.
It is very much evident that the YSR Congress ecosystem is rattled by the departure of Sai Reddy. It has become increasingly common for YCP leaders to question the credibility of Vijaya Sai in the first place and Botsa is the new addition to the list now. While Sai Reddy has been maintains strategic silence on this matter for the last few weeks, YCP leaders are repeatedly poking him and could eventually make him a ticking time bomb.
