Telangana Assembly Fires Up With ‘30% Commissions’

Published by

The ongoing Telangana budget assembly sessions are happening on a very fiery note. The kind of discussions that are being perceived by the ruling Congress and opposition BRS are setting a new political discourse in the state.

Incidentally, a huge verbal confrontation began after KTR said Congress government is functioning by taking 20% and 30% commission on all projects.

This triggered a serious reaction from deputy chief minister, Bhatti Vikramarka. “Keep your tongue under control, KTR. It is you and your father’s government, the true Telangana governance by taking commissions and charging money. If you have any proof of taking commission the prevent it. Or else, delete the statement from the Assembly record.”

This in turn created another controversy in the house as KTR said Revanth Reddy himself became the PCC president by paying ₹50 crore bribe, as said by Komatireddy Venkat Reddy.

KTR stated that Revanth Reddy was openly caught with money bags before becoming the chief minister, and that is his track record.

Again, this was seriously opposed by the Congress group in the assembly as they hit back at KTR for such untoward political commentary.
