AP BJP chief Somu Veerraju has made controversial comments on Jagan’s administration. Somu Veerraju, who offered prayers at Lord Balaji temple in Tirumala today, accused the state government of eyeing the wealth and properties of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). He demanded that every penny and every rupee of earnings of Lord Balaji offered by the devotees should be used for divine purposes alone.
Somu Veerraju stated that he had prayed to Lord Balaji to bestow knowledge and wisdom to the rulers of AP to lead the state towards development and progress as the state is high in its natural resources.
Somu Veerraju stated that if BJP comes to power in AP, TTD Board would be filled by Dharmacharyas. He demanded the government to hand over the control of the TTD Channel to Dharmacharyas. He also demanded the state government to grant Rs 500 crore towards the development of TTD. He opined that the management of TTD Kalyana Mandapams is not good.
Meanwhile, Somu Veerraju alleged that AP state government is trying to “divert” Simhachalam Temple lands for the new capital. He warned the government that BJP won’t spare such acts of the government.
