In what could be considered a major power move and reassurance to Amaravati farmers, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has initiated the construction of his house in Velagapudi, Amaravati’s capital region.
The foundation stone-laying ceremony was held today, attended by Chandrababu Naidu and his family, marking the commencement of construction.
Chandrababu, along with his wife Bhuvaneshwari, son Lokesh, daughter-in-law Brahmani, and grandson Devansh, actively participated in the ceremony, cherishing the occasion.
Lokesh shared a post announcing the start of construction activities in Velagapudi.
The 5-acre property, purchased at market value, is strategically located near the high-speed E9 road and adjacent to the secretariat.
Plans for the residence include ample parking space and accommodations for security personnel and staff.
With the Chief Minister relocating his residence to Amaravati, local farmers and residents are optimistic, anticipating increased investments and accelerated growth in the area.
