#Corona: Mangalagiri turns Red Zone

The town of Mangalagiri has been declared as ‘Red Zone’ as the first Corona positive case has been reported. A 65 year old got detected of the virus and he had travel history of Nizamuddin for the prayer meet in New Delhi. After he was tested positive, his family members are sent to quarantine.

Confirming this case, Mangalagiri Municipal Corporation Commissioner Hema Malini has said the town of Mangalagiri has been declared as ‘Red Zone’ from three kilometers radius of the victim’s residence. The Corona infected resides at Tipparla Bazar and the police have imposed 144 section here and appealed to the people not to come out of their homes.

Also Andhra Pradesh is on high alert with massive jump in Corona positive cases. The cases in fact crossed Telangana even though AP had reported late in its first case. The AP government has prepared quarantine hospitals in Vizag and others parts of the state.
