YSRCP rebel and Narsapuram MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju has yet again targeted his own party men. The rebel MP alleged that some of his party leaders, who are close to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy , are using ‘drugs’. He claimed that he also has evidences to prove it.
In the startling allegation, Raju claimed that some YCP leaders were using psychotropic drugs as they were suffering from mental illness. He said that he would reveal the names of those suffering such diseases, if Jagan permitted him.
Recently, Raju had undergone bypass surgery for his heart at a reputed hospital in Mumbai. He was operated by famous surgeon Dr Ramakanta Panda who is the recipient of Padmabhushan. After surgery, Raju’s family had said that he is doing well. Raju too later said he was normal.
Now, he alleged that the social media working in favour of the YCP had trolled him over the heart operation and said that the YCP men active in the social media were resorting to propaganda against his health.
Taking to Twitter, the MP said: “Few YSRCP social media people are cheaply publicising that am seriously ill in their cruel social media. This is my polite counter to those guys and to inform all my well wishers that with all your good wishes and prayers I am happy and recovering well.”
The YCP rebel MP welcomed AP BJP president Somu Veerraju announcing that the BJP would support Amaravati as the capital of the state, ahead of completion of one year of Amaravati agitation by the capital region farmers. Raju said that it was significant to note that Somu Veerraju made the remarks stating that he was a representative of BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Raju said that he hoped that the entire BJP unit in the state would stand in support of the Amaravati agitation by the time it completes its first anniversary in a couple of days. “Our dream that Amaravati should be the lone capital of Andhra Pradesh will soon be a reality,” he asserted.
