Gruesome: Mother Kills 2 Daughters In AP For Kalyuga End

Published by

In a spine-chilling incident, a woman killed her two daughters at Madanapalle in Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh in the name of “belief”. This gruesome incident is shocking many.

On Sunday night, the accused, Padmaja, used dumbbells to bludgeon her daughters – Alekhya (27) and Sai Divya (22) to death. Her husband too reportedly helped her in the murder.

When asked about the incident, she said their daughters will come alive again after the sunrise, as “kalyuga” will end and “satyuga” will start from Monday.

Significantly, Padmaja and her husband, Purushottam Naidu, work as principals in two different educational institutions. Despite being educated and working as teachers, it is strange to know that they believed in superstitions immensely and even sacrificed both their daughters.

Police said that Alekhya had completed her Master’s degree in Bhopal, and that Divya, was a BBA graduate. She was also a student of AR Rahman Music School in Mumbai and she came home during the lockdown.

Police said that the couple had been behaving strangely during the lockdown and seemed to be completely different on Sunday night. On Sunday night, their neighbours informed the police after hearing strange noises and screams from the couple’s house.

When police reached the place and tried to enter the house, the couple resisted them. However, the police forced their way into the house and were shocked to see the bodies covered in red clothes.

One body was recovered from the puja room and the other from another room. The bodies were sent for post-mortem. Police took the couple into custody.
