Sharmila’s Political Plans: What Will Happen To Jagan’s Image?

Published by

YS Sharmila’s political plans and ambitions to bring “Rajanna Rajyam” in Telangana state are out-of-the-blue. Sharmila, who had been silent all these years, has suddenly become politically active in Telangana. While discussions, speculations like who is behind Sharmila’s political plans become a hot topic in the media and thinking people, the moot question is what impact does it have on AP CM and YSRCP President YS Jaganmohan Reddy and his image.

Amidst rumours and speculations that YS Jagan is behind Sharmila’s political plans in Telangana, none other than Jagan’s political secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy clarified that Sharmila and Jagan have no personal rift but admitted that they have difference of opinion in politics. He said that Jagan is not in favour of Sharmila’s political party in Telangana. He made it clear that YSRCP has no expansion plans in Telangana. Sajjala said that Jagan is concerned that political plans in Telangana may bring rift between two state governments. So, it is crystal clear that Sharmila didn’t pay heed to her own brother YS Jagan. All this clearly indicates that Jagan is losing grip over his own family and his own sister. This will certainly send wrong signals to people and their very own leaders of YSRCP.

Sharmila had worked hard for YSRCP at a time YS Jagan was in jail for 16 months. It is now buzzed that Sharmila wasn’t given due importance and due justice didn’t happen to her. With Sharmila taking her own political stand, this is expected to have a negative impact on Jagan’s public image. Sharmila’s political plans will come in handy for the Opposition TDP.
