India Today Conclave South Day 2: Politics With A Pinch Of Spirituality

Senior politicians, eminent actors, industrialists and spiritual leader Sadhguru, founder, Isha Foundation, would enlighten people with their views and perceptions regarding various issue faced by on Day 2 of India Today Conclave South-2021.

Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman would speak on ‘Post-Pandemic Projection: The blueprint for a self-reliant India.’ While Union Minister for external affairs S Jaishankar would share his views on ‘The Modi Doctrine: Collaboration, Co-operation and Commerce.’

Veteran actor and Makkal Needhi Maiam president Kamal Haasan would also air his views on politics and reveal his plans for the welfare of the TN people, apart from DMK president M.K. Stalin who is likely to speak about the new road to progressive politics in Tamil Nadu.

Congress senior MP Shashi Tharoor and member of India Foundation, Board of Governors, Ram Madhav would speak on Politics of Appeasement vs Politics of Polarisation.

The second day of the event would have popular yogi and spiritual preacher Sadhguru, founder, Isha Foundation, speaking on ‘Dance of Democracy: Dialogue, Debate, Disagreement.’

DMK MP Thamizhachi Thangapandian, actor and BJP leader Khushbu Sundar, AIADMK spokesperson Apsara Reddy and Congress leader Sowmya Reddy are among those who would enlighten on ‘Women in Power: Breaking Barriers, Making a Mark’.

Congress MP Karti Chidambaram and prominent politicians of other parties from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka and Kerala would be speaking on ‘The Battle for the Peninsular Power.’
