Due to the Corona virus pandemic, many exams got postponed. In Telangana the tenth standard exams were postponed by the Telangana High Court following a petition. Based on the court’s directions, the Telangana government has filed an affidavit and taking this into consideration, the High Court has formally nodded to conduction the exams.
In all likely the tenth exams in Telangana might be held from June first or second week. But before this, the High Court has asked Telangana government to file one more affidavit on the current situation in the state due to the virus threat.
The Court also made key suggestions that there should be two days gap between exams, transportation should be made to students, invigilators and usage of sanitisers and masks for attending the exam.
As soon as the High Court has sent directives, the Telangana education department has started the ground work for this. The schedule and others details will be finalized in the coming days.
