When there’s lots of debate going on about central government extending lockdown for another couple of weeks, woman of the moment Seethakka, now an elected public representative, has been continuing her services to help adivasis in the crisis time.
People in remote villages are the worst-hit by the lockdown and Seethakka has been doing her best to assist them.
The 48-year-old MLA is sometimes seen on a tractor, or a bullock cart, or pillion riding a motorcycle or even trekking carrying bags on her head.
She has won the hearts of millions for her extraordinary social services.
Meanwhile, Seethakka got sweet surprise when Manchu Lakshmi called to appreciate her.
Lakshmi told Seethakka that she’s an inspiration to many, given no public representative came forward to help the poor in these crisis times.
Lakshmi said she was eager to call her ever since she came to know about Seethakka’s unthinkable philanthropic works.
Manchu Lakshmi has assured to give her helping hand to Mulugu MLA who said it’s her responsibility to assist the needy.
Lakshmi then shared to Seethakka about the charity works she has been doing in Hyderabad region.
As is known, Manchu Lakshmi in the lockdown has also been conducting interviews with film celebrities, psychologists and others to motivate people.
