Until the other day YCP rebel MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju did everything in his capacity to get AP CM YS Jagan’s bail cancelled in connection with the disproportionate assets case. However, RRR’s petition is continuously getting postponed for one or the other reason. In order to trouble Jagan more, the Narsapuram MP has got a new arm.
RRR has now laid his focus on the companies that are owned by Jagan. Accordingly RRR has lodged a petition in AP High Court against Saraswathi Power Industries Pvt Ltd. Recently the YCP government has extended the mining lease to this company and citing the CBI cases against this company, RRR approached the High Court.
In his petition RRR claimed that irregularities have taken place in this mining lease contract. The same was acknowledged by the CBI. “The officials have complete knowledge of the CBI cases against Saraswati Power Industries and despite knowing the facts, they extended the lease contract at the behest of CM Jagan. Officials have breached the norms while extending the lease contract,” mentioned RRR.
The petition had the AP Industries department, mining department and AP Pollution Board as defendants along with Saraswati Power industries. RRR’s petition is likely to come for hearing shortly in AP High Court and we have to see the consequences.
Looks like RRR is not going to calm down until he creates some unrest in Jagan’s camp.
