Postal Ballots Counting At 8 AM, EVMs At 8:30

The counting of postal ballots will begin by 8am and EVMs will be opened by 8.30 am. Election officials said that it would take 20-25 minutes to count the voted polled in each EVM. It is likely that there would be some clarity over the political party/alliance securing majority by 1 pm today.
