CBI Court to hear discharge petitions in YS Jagan cases

The CBI Court in Hyderabad is set to hear discharge petitions from 127 accused involved in cases related to alleged quid pro quo and disproportionate assets of incumbent Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy starting June 19. The cases, filed by CBI and ED, faced a delay due to technical adjournments requested by Jagan’s counsel. Despite previous orders from the Telangana High Court to conclude within two months, the transfer of the previous judge stalled the judgments on the discharge petitions.
