25 Dead in Tamil Nadu After Drinking Illicit Liquor

In Tamil Nadu’s Kallakurichi district, at least 25 people have died and over 60 are hospitalized after consuming illicit liquor. Chief Minister MK Stalin expressed shock and sadness, promising swift action against those responsible. The government has transferred the investigation to the Crime Branch-CID and suspended several officials.
