AP CM Rolls Announces Free Sand Policy

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has announced the implementation of a free sand policy for the state starting July 8th. Minister Kollu Ravindra has directed officials to form a committee under the Collector to determine loading and transportation charges. The minister will provide full details of the policy to the media later today.
