An amazing find near Srisailam Devasthanam! Workers laying a road unearthed an ancient Shiva Lingam and a Nandi statue. Strangely, the Lingam had markings in an unknown script. Experts examined it and revealed it to be an inscription in Telugu, dating back to the 14th-15th centuries! This isn’t the first treasure here – a four-faced Lingam and copper plates were found earlier.
