Paytm Receives SEBI Warning Over Transactions

Paytm’s parent company One 97 Communications has received an administrative warning from SEBI over related-party transactions with Paytm Payments Bank in FY22 that lacked shareholder and audit committee approval. The company says it has consistently followed regulations and will address SEBI’s concerns. The warning will not impact Paytm’s operations.
