Former Sikkim Minister’s Body Found in West Bengal Canal

The body of former Sikkim minister RC Poudyal was discovered in a canal near Siliguri, West Bengal, nine days after he went missing. Police suspect the body was carried downstream by the Teesta river. Poudyal’s identification was made through his watch and clothing.
