Delhi HC Orders X and Google Removal of Defamatory Posts

The Delhi High Court has ordered X Corp and Google to remove defamatory posts about Anjali Birla, the daughter of Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. The posts claimed she passed the UPSC exam due to her father’s influence. The court instructed the companies to take down the content within 24 hours.
