HC: Tourists Required to Large Carry Garbage Bags in Himachal

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has issued new rules for tourists to help keep the environment clean. Tourists must now carry a large garbage bag to dispose of waste properly. The court also noted that a green tax is already charged in areas like Kullu and Manali to support environmental efforts.
