Teen Dies By Suicide, Blames Classmate and Teacher

A 13-year-old boy died by suicide at his home in Kalyan, near Mumbai, while his family was away. He left a note blaming a teacher and classmates for harassment. The boy was a Class 8 student at a well-known school. Police have opened an investigation into the incident.
