Rajasthan Royals opening batter Yashasvi Jaiswal made history today by becoming a player to score the fastest fifty in the IPL against the match with Kolkata Knight Riders.
Jaiswal got 26 runs off the first over itself and he made his half-century off just 13 deliveries. Earlier, the IPL record was jointly held by KL Rahul and Pat Cummins who had scored fifty off 14 deliveries.
Jaiswal started to chase 149 and he hit 2 sixes and fours off Nitish Rana’s first over. He finished the 50 with a hattrick of fours off Shardul Thakur.
