Under Vande Bharat mission, India is bringing back the stranded Indians across the globe. The third phase of the mission was recently given a nod by the Centre.
Before the lockdown hero Manchu Vishnu’s wife Viranica along with her daughters Ariana and Viviana have been to Singapore to visit their relatives. As India banned international flights from March last week, Viranica along with her daughters got stuck in Singapore.
After over three months, now the Manchu ladies are returning to Hyderabad. Singapore Telugu Samajam has taken the initiative of arranging a private chartered flight for Telugus and Viranica and the kids have boarded the flight.
“Finally going home after 100 days in Singapore. #vandebharatmission Thank you @indiainsingapor & @airindiain for the exemplary effort in taking us home. AI Singapore team was extremely wonderful & helpful! High Commissioner @jawedashraf5 and your entire team, thank you so much!,” tweeted Viranica with a picture.
The trio was seen wearing face masks and shields which are made mandatory for air travellers these days.
