It’s been 22 days since superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested in a drug case. Though he was granted bail yesterday, Aryan could not leave Mumbai’s Arthur Road prison. Along with him, his close friend Arbaaz Merchant and model Mumun Dhamecha also were not released today.
It is reported that Aryan Khan’s bail order formalities took longer than usual and due to the late process, the trio could not be released on Friday evening. According to jail officials, if all the bail papers were submitted by 5.35 pm then release could have happened by 7 pm.
A huge number of fans waited outside SRK’s residence Mannat to welcome Aryan Khan. In fact, headlines appeared that the star kid n will be walking out of the jail today evening, but the deadline of release was 5:30 PM, and formalities got delayed. And, now he has to spend another night in jail.
After three weeks, SRK and Gauri Khan’s son Aryan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on Thursday. Also, actress Juhi Chawla appeared at Mumbai Sessions Court to sign the surety bond of Rs 1 lakh. Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said to the media that the surety bond was signed by Juhi Chawla and accepted by the court.
