India: 19,459 New Cases And 380 Deaths In 24 Hrs

The new Covid-19 cases in India are surpassing previous records with each day passing and in the last 24 hours, 19,459 new cases have been filed while 380 people have died.

The total cases count now stands at 5,48,318. The active cases count is 2,10,120 while the discharged people 3,21,722 and the daily bulletin of health ministry stated that the death count is 16,475.

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has said that 1,70,560 samples were tested yesterday while the total samples tested as of June 28th, is 83,98,362.

Maharashtra has highest number of Covid-19 cases than any other state with 1,64,626 and 7429 deaths.

Telangana has over 14,000 cases and AP has crossed 13,000 cases.
