Bringing back the memories of 2018, yet another honour killing was reported in Telangana and this time in Hyderabad. This is an interfaith marriage involving a Hindu man and a Muslim girl.
This disturbing incident took place in Saroornagar on Wednesday evening and brother of the Muslim girl attacked the deceased with iron rod. The victim was identified as Billampuram Nagaraju who was 25 years old and was working as a salesman.
Nagaraju entered wedlock with Syed Ashrin Begum (23) on January 31st this year but parents from Ashrin were against the wedding. Ashrin’s brother attacked Nagaraju and the latter died on the spot.
The video of this gruesome incident is being widely shared on social media and it is quite disturbing.
