Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan is in legal trouble. An FIR has been lodged against Gauri Khan in Lucknow over a property purchase. The case is filed under the section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code.
According to reports, Gauri is the brand ambassador of a real estate company in Lucknow. The real estate company reportedly failed to give possession of its flat to its customer. Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, has filed the complaint that the company has failed to give possession of his flat. In his complaint, he stated that he bought the flat after being influenced by its brand ambassador Gauri Khan. This flat is located at Tulsiyani Golf View, in the Sushant Golf City in Lucknow.
The complainant said he has been charged Rs 86 lakh and the flat possession isn’t given in stipulated time. The FIR was also filed against Tulsiyani Construction Chief MD Anil Kumar and director Mahesh Tulsiyani. Meanwhile, the company and Gauri Khan’s team are yet to respond to this case.
