Oyo Founder’s Father Dies After Falling From 20th Floor

In a shocking incident, Oyo founder Ritesh Agarwal’s father Ramesh Agarwal had fallen from a high-rise apartment in Gurgaon and died. According to reports, Ramesh fell from the 20th floor of a high-rise apartment. The police are investigating Ramesh Agarwal’s accidental death and are likely to issue a statement soon.

This incident took place just days after Ritesh Agarwal married Geetansha Sood and the couple hosted a wedding reception in five star Taj hotel in New Delhi on 7th March. The wedding reception was attended by several entrepreneurs, investors, start-up venture capitalists and Softbank CEO Masayoshi Son. The pics of reception have gone viral over the internet as the newly-wed couple bent down to touch the feet of a Japanese billionaire.

The Agarwal family which is mired in wedding celebrities got a rude shock with the sudden and untimely demise of Ramesh Agarwal. Ritesh is 29-year-old and is in deep shock with the father’s death. More details are still awaited.
