CSK vs DC Preview: Struggling CSK to fight confident DC

Dubai turned the host for the Dream 11 Indian Premier League this year due to Corona Crisis in India. All the8 teams played their first matches in the season, and the cricket lovers have come to an opinion on the performance of each team. Now, Chennai Super Kings will play their next match against Delhi Capitals. The game takes place this evening.

Delhi Capitals look strong with a balanced team that defeated Kings XI Punjab. On the other side, Chennai Super Kings faced a setback in their last match with Rajasthan Royals. A total of 21 games took place between Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals so far. In these 21 matches, Chennai Super Kings won 15, and Delhi Capitals won 6 games. On paper, Chennai Super Kings look strong, but performance-wise, it is not very easy for the team to score high on Delhi Capitals.

Everyone in Delhi Capitals is in form, but a couple of players in CSK are struggling with form. Especially, Ambati Rayudu is not fit yet. He might not be available for the match. Chennai Super Kings might bring Tahir for Ngidi. They may also replace Piyush Chawla with Shardul Thakur. Ruturaj Gaikwad disappointed everyone in the last game, and Dhoni might think of an alternative for him.

On the other side, Delhi Capitals might not tamper their team for this match. Considering the situations, they may play Alex Carey for Hetmyer. Ashwin’s injury update is not out yet. If he is not available, Amit Mishra might take his place in the team.

Venue: Dubai International Cricket Stadium
Time: 7.30 PM IST
