Sitting idle without the internet on the phone is a tough task for many these days. For long hours on a flight and without an infotainment system, it is even harder to pass the time. The telecom giant in India, Airtel has launched a solution for this.
Airtel launched inflight roaming plans that give users access to high-speed internet browsing and calling while on board. Airtel joined hands with Aeromobile to make this happen. The plans cover 19 international airlines, which mostly give you internet connectivity along for long rides in most of the airlines.
Partnering with Aeromobile, these services are accessible across 19 airlines flying international routes (Aer Lingus, Asiana Airlines, Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Egyptair, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Eva Air, Kuwait Airways, Lufthansa, Malaysia Airlines, Sas Scandinavian Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Swiss, Tap Air Portugal, Turkish Airlines, Uzbekistan Airways, Air Belgium, ITA Airways.).
The prices start at Rs. 195 for a 24-hour pack with 250 MB data, 100 minutes, and 100 SMS. Well, the plans do not give unlimited data like the broadband, but something is better.
The other plans in Postpaid and Prepaid are here
