In the last 24 hours, 1,718 Corona positive cases have been reported in the country and the total cases count have touched 33,050. Also 67 people have died while the death tally is at 1074. The active cases are 23,651.
Maharashtra state is in the verge of touching 10,000 cases as they currently stand at 9,915 and 432 people have died of the virus. Gujarat, New Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu are posted 4,082, 3,439, 2,561, 2,438 and 2,162 cases respectively.
In the Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh has 1,332 cases while Telangana has 1,016 cases. There are 582 active cases in Telangana and 409 people have been discharged. The Telangana government has declared 11 districts as Corona free.
