Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu unveiled WhatsApp governance, giving access to civic services to the people through the social media platform WhatsApp.
Education minister Nara Lokesh launched the service known as ‘Mana Mitra’ at his residence at Undavalli on January 31, 2025.
Now, Intermediate students can also download their hall tickets on WhatsApp through 9552300009, from today. With the exams round the corner, the online facility will be of great help to the students.
Step-by-step guide to download the hall ticket

Upon clicking it, the services being offered would appear online. Upon clicking the education services, an option to download exam hall ticket would pop up.
On clicking it, the candidate would be asked his/her roll number and date of birth. Once the details are filled, the hall ticket would get downloaded in a very easy manner.
In Andhra Pradesh, Intermediate first year exams would be held from March 1 to March 19. The final year Intermediate exams will be held from March 3 to March 20. The exams will be held from 9 am to 12 noon everyday on the above dates.
The online hall ticket issuing facility will be of great use to the students, parents and teachers too. With the summer temperatures increasing gradually, travelling to the hall ticket centres would prove to be a challenge. By making them available online, the government is helping the students spend more time in preparing for the fast approaching exams and also saving the energy and time of both parents and teachers.
By integrating technology to day-to-day services, the Andhra Pradesh government is trying to make life easy and safe to the public.
