Artificial intelligence is well and truly a part of the global Tech arena now. AI utilities like ChatGPT have become an integral part of our day-to-day lives these days. In this context, there are increased concerns about the possibility of artificial intelligence, replacing human workforce in global tech companies.
And asked you to comment on this matter, Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani had a very interesting reaction as he confidently said something like this is not likely to happen.
Nandan stated that artificial intelligence can never replicate the core human values of empathy, and leadership. He felt AI lacks in teamwork and collaboration which are quintessential for the success of any tech business or individual products.
He said the world will go, nowhere with artificial intelligence operating on its own without the core human principles. He strongly stated that leadership and teamwork are what drive the global Tech space, and this can’t be replicated by artificial intelligence.
But at the same time, this tech entrepreneur stated that artificial intelligence is going to come along way in enhancing the business model and operational systems of global tech. But this will mainly be pioneer by human workforce, which has been at the focal point of the tech revolution for many decades now.
This must be a reassuring statement for the concerned individuals who were anxious about whether artificial intelligence would be able to completely replicate human workforce and eliminate human use in the tech industry.
