Indian billionaire and the Director of reliance industries, Anant Ambani has completed a spiritual trip from his family’s ancestral place of Jamnagar to the auspicious city of Dwarka.
Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Mukesh and Nita Ambani, recently completed a 170-kilometer spiritual padyatra (foot pilgrimage) from Jamnagar to the Dwarkadhish Temple in Gujarat. Starting on March 29 and ending on April 6—his 30th birthday and Ram Navami—Anant walked around 20 kilometers daily, mostly at night to avoid disruption.
Reportedly, he spent 6–7 hours each day chanting scriptures like the Hanuman Chalisa, Sundarkand, and Devi Stotra. Considering his large physical attribute, it must have been a physically challenging task for him to complete this walkathon that went on for 170 kilometres.
On the occasion, his wife Radhika Merchant stated that Anant had been aspiring to do this walkathon after they got married later last year. In this walkathon, there was this one interesting incident where Anant saved 250 chicken that were being transported for meat. He paid double the price of the chicken and sent them to his rescue camp in Gujarat.
