It is every girl’s dream to have a bikini body and to achieve it, one needs a lot of motivation and consistency with their workout routine and diet regime. Singer Sophie Choudhry, who has a voluptuous and beautiful bikini body, speaks on how women stress their bodies to perfection.
Sophie posed a couple of pictures clad in a red bikini, looking stunning, fit, and happy. She looks awe-striking in an off-shoulder knotted bralette and posing in front of a beach, partially covered with sand over her legs. The photoshoot was done for a lifestyle magazine named Global spa, where the coming edition will have Sophie’s cover photo in Bikini. The singer opens up on the insecurities of body image and lack of confidence that most women face today.
We were all given different body type, hormones, and metabolism that we can’t change. Yet people want to look like a celebrity or to be someone who oozes perfection and their self-esteem/success is deeply related to their appearance. Focusing on the point, Sophie starts her caption on Instagram with “Happiness begins with you”.
She further wrote “A lot of people probably think I was always this body confident.. Truth be told, when I was asked to wear a bikini back in the MTV days, it would totally freak me out.. to the point of wanting to quit!! I felt everyone around me was skinny & here I was, full of curves, flaws & superficial confidence. It took years for me to understand how important it is to love yourself, to work on your physical and mental health & to accept that the most glorious thing about me, is that I’m unique..as we all are. Even now, on some days I feel fitter/happier/prettier than on others but I embrace it all & just get back on track. None of us are perfect, we all have our insecurities, but try to be kind to yourself and you will see how even your flaws become beautiful because quite frankly, being perfect is boring!”
