Microblogging platform Twitter has donated $15 million to support India amidst the ongoing coronavirus crisis. Twitter’s CEO Jack announced the news last night. The donation is split between three non-government organizations, Care, Aid India, and Sewa International USA.
Care got the donation of $10 million while Aid India and Sewa International USA got $2.5 million each. Jack tweeted, “$15 million split between @CARE, @AIDINDIA, and @sewausa to help address the COVID-19 crisis in India.”
