Actor Sonu Sood, who proved to be a selfless man in this lockdown by helping stranded migrants is once again winning hearts on social media with his funny tweet. After his warm gesture left fans speechless, his sense of humour is now receiving a lot of attention.
On Sunday, one of the Twitter users jokingly asked Sonu Sood for help in reaching a liquor shop amid the lockdown. “Sonu Bhai, I’m stuck at home. Please get me to a liquor shop,” the Twitter user wrote. The actor came up with a witty response. “Bhai, I can help you get home from the liquor shop. Let me know if that’s needed,” he said with a laughing face emoji.
Sonu is one among very few celebrities today who have impressed and received huge accolades for his relentless work in helping stranded migrants in the lockdown. He arranged buses for stranded migrants to help them reach their homes and proved to be a villain on the reel and a hero in reality. One can’t help but admire or get influenced by his compassionate nature in these difficult times.
After his notable work, Sonu also received copious amounts of requests on Twitter from migrants and students who are stuck and helpless. And, the over-the-top generous man, Sonu has also assured to help them asap. Besides arranging buses and food for stranded migrants, he has also opened his hotel in Juhu for healthcare workers. “It’s my honour to do my bit for the doctors, nurses and paramedical staff who have been working 24/7 to save the lives of millions in the country. I’m really happy to open the doors of my hotel to these real-time heroes,” Sonu quoted.
Taking his amazing work to the spotlight, a few netizens started a debate that if Sonu Sood can do so much for the people, imagine how much popular B-town khandaans like Khans, Kapoors, and Bachchans can do. Well, we cannot comment on others but Sonu has clearly got a big heart and he shall be remembered for doing good deeds. Salute!
